How to join Harbor Desk test texts

Harbor Desk Systems LLC · Last updated September 29, 2026

Harbor Desk Systems texts only people who asked for it in writing and then confirmed by replying YES. There is no public list, and no number is ever bought, shared or added without that request.

Step 1 — ask in writing

Email harbordesksystems@gmail.com from your own address with your mobile number and this statement (the link fills it in for you):

I agree to receive test text messages from Harbor Desk Systems LLC at this number. Message frequency varies (usually fewer than 10 a month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See the Text messaging terms and Privacy Policy.

Harbor Desk adds the number to its Relay test list only after that email arrives, and keeps the email as the record of consent.

Step 2 — confirm by text

The first message is a permission request. Nothing else is sent unless you reply YES:

From (636) 268-1173Hi Jake, this is Jake Young with Harbor Desk Systems. I put together the insurance quote you asked for. Is it OK if I text you about it? Reply YES to say yes. Reply STOP any time to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.

After a YES, the test sends at most one follow-up, for example:

From (636) 268-1173This is an automated text from Jake Young at Harbor Desk Systems. I just emailed your insurance quote to the address you gave us — please check your inbox (and spam folder). Questions? Just reply here. Reply STOP to opt out.

The messages test Relay, Harbor Desk's follow-up software for small businesses that quote work, so they use the same wording a business's customer would see. No real quote or policy is involved.
